About us

Spring Boxx is a proud addition to families and children in and around Malvern, offering young people enriching opportunities to engage in gymnastics and physical activity. More than just a club, we are dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles, building confidence, and bringing families together, helping every young person thrive both physically and mentally.

Our inclusive classes cater to a wide range of interests and abilities, providing a safe and supportive environment for developing essential life skills while staying active.

At the heart of our mission is the growth of fundamental movement skills and physical literacy. Gymnastics is our foundation, but the benefits extend far beyond the gym. Our classes empower participants to build confidence, experience the wider benefits of sport - such as improved mental health, social connections, and resilience - and establish lifelong habits that support overall well-being and success.

By prioritising fun, inclusivity, and skill progression, Spring Boxx inspires a love for movement and active lifestyles, helping every child reach their full potential both in the gym and beyond.

Founders Sylvia and Bryony met over two decades ago at Malvern Gymnastics club. They now want to put their passion and experience to good use in the community.

Both hold qualifications in pre-school and Women’s Artistic gymnastics alongside the relevant safeguarding and paediatric first aid awards. Bryony is a primary school teacher with over 20 years’ experience working with children and young people. While Sylvia is a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning (S&C) and has extensive experience coaching youth in gymnastics and S&C. Both of them live near Malvern with their own young families, where they hope to build the Spring Boxx community.
