Frequently asked questions
How do I sign up?
New pre-school gymnastics members can enjoy a FREE taster session for pre-school gymnastics sessions. Just book in via our ‘Class for Kids’ link. Please note, places are subject to availability but waiting lists are available.
Classes run weekly and payment is on a half-termly basis. These classes are term time only - 38 weeks per year.
All payments to be made via 'Classes for Kids'.
Once up and running, Spring and Play drop in sessions are pay as you go. We recommend booking to avoid disappointment. We are a cashless club, all payments to be made via 'Classes for Kids'.
What does my child need to wear?
They will need to wear shorts & t-shirt or anything they can move easily in. Leotards, leggings, shirts, joggers etc are all suitable. Just make sure that all jewellery is removed, and they don't come to the lesson in items such as jeans, tights, dresses or anything with zips, studs or buckles.
What if my child misses a session?
Unfortunately we can not cater for odd sessions missed due to other commitments or illness. Your child’s space in the class is paid for monthly and will therefore remain yours.
If Spring Boxx cancels a session for unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and contacted regarding an alternative session or refund.
What do I need to bring?
Just a water bottle. We are a cashless club, all bookings to be made online.
What do I do if my child no longer wants to participate in the classes?
One month’s notice is required for us to cancel any subscription payment. Just email or speak to a member of staff.
What safeguarding practices do you have in place?
Our club’s safeguarding officer is called Gemma and she has received British Gymnastics safeguarding training. If you have any concerns, you can contact her on email via springboxx_safeguarding@outlook.com.
