Parties at Spring Boxx

What we offer

Our fun and engaging parties are designed to cater for under 5 year-olds and are led by qualified gymnastics coaches. We offer developmentally appropriate activities for energetic children, using songs, hand-apparatus and gymnastics equipment.

What’s included?

Exclusive hire of the gymnasium for 2 hours and qualified gymnastics coaches.

You can arrive 15-minutes early to decorate the foyer area in any way you wish and set up anything else (e.g. cake, food,  drinks etc) ready for the party.

Parties start with one hour in the gym. The gym will be set up with pre-school equipment; slides, low beams, ride on toys, low bars and other age-appropriate equipment. This time includes a fun and engaging warm-up on the floor area using songs and small hand apparatus. Parents are welcome to request specific songs if wanted.  After that, parents supervise their children on the equipment and coaches instruct on 2 pieces of apparatus. Before the end, children return to the carpet area for more songs.

Following the hour, children have up to 40-minutes in the foyer area to eat their party food. Tables and chairs are provided, along with jugs for squash.  Parents provide their own food and are responsible for leaving the foyer clean of rubbish at the end.

You have 20-minutes at the end to take down decorations and tidy up.

Supervision

All children need an adult present with them, or a ratio of 1 adult per 2 children. The coaches will be present throughout the party, but are not responsible for the supervision of the children directly.

    Parties can be booked on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Dates are bookable with a 50% deposit and are subject to availability. 

    The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the date of the party.

  • £160.00

    Parties can be booked on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Dates are bookable with a 50% deposit and are subject to availability. 

    The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the date of the party.

  • £220.00

    The increase in cost is due to a second coach needed.

Our party packages

T&C’s

Cancellations will need to give 3 weeks’ notice prior to the event date. If a cancellation is made within the 3 weeks prior to the event date, the full amount will still be due. 

You are responsible for catering for all dietary requirements and asking for allergy information.

Parents are not permitted to use the gymnastics equipment. 

FAQ’s

  • What if the children have older siblings, can they attend?

    Older children i.e. siblings are permitted to attend but are the responsibility of the parents.

  • Do you provide chairs and tables for food?

    Yes, we have trellis type tables and chairs for children to sit at and enjoy their food.

  • Do you provide table cloths, cups, cutlery or jugs for water/squash?

    We have jugs you can use but please bring cups, plates, cutlery  and table cloths.
